How much does hypnotherapy cost?

I offer both 1 hour appointments and 1.5 hour appointments.

One hour appointments are most suited to clients seeking help with specific issues such as phobias or insomnia.

Ninety minute appointments are most suited to clients seeking help in several areas, especially those looking for support on their midlife journey, as these appointments allow more time to tackle deeper issues.

I will advise on the introductory call whether I think one hour or 1.5 hour appointments would work best for you, although ultimately the decision is yours.

In all cases, the initial consultation lasts approx. 80-90 minutes.

Introductory call - FREE

Lasting approx. 15-20 minutes, this call allows us to start to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit to work together.

Payment

Payment via bank transfer or debit/credit card is required to secure your appointment. Payment details will be provided when booking your initial appointment.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or re-arrange an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice of the start of the session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will still be charged for.
